Ukraine Update - Irina | December Part 2

Hello Peak Vision,

Thank you for your kind words, for your support and love and care.

I can live here, work, help children and their parents. I feel like I belong here, I like doing what I do. Of course, I think about those times, if it gets worse. In this case, I have 30 liters of spare diesel in my garage. I try to keep the tank in the car always full too. I will be able to leave at any time from our city to Lviv (it is safest there and my son's family is there) and take 7 people with me. although missiles reach there and bring destruction. But the worst thing is when enemy troops come to our cities and villages. They destroy, kill, loot.

But we pray, we ask our Lord for protection and victory over the enemy. We are getting ready for Christmas. After school lessons we read the gospels, which tells about the birth of Jesus. We sing songs about Christmas. This is an amazing time.

I pray that the spirit of Christmas, this miracle of the coming of Jesus to our land, will penetrate into the hearts of our children, warm them and change their fate. This month there were many purchases that will help us get through the dark time when the lights are out. I decided to replace the faucet mixer in the bathroom. Our children bathe in our house because they don't have conditions in their house. The old faucet has completely fallen into disrepair.

The clothes they take off and leave to wash are so dirty... we teach children to keep their clothes and their bodies clean. Children learn to cook food and keep watch in the kitchen, tidy up the rooms. It is a great joy and honor for me to serve these children. Thank you for helping us make this happen!!

I have a request to you. About my son's family. My grandson has big problems with his teeth. In the summer, the doctor treated him with 7 teeth, but poorly. Now they hurt, there is an abscess. He needs to pull out 1 tooth and treat others. this must be done again under anesthesia. The required amount is 300 euros. They have the rest.
